This letter is to inform you that effective 10/14/2024, our Winchester, VA, location will be closing. However, our team of ear, nose, and throat and audiology specialists would be honored to continue providing you with care at our other offices in Hagerstown and Frederick, Maryland.
This decision does not come lightly, but was made to ensure our team can continue providing patients with the high level of specialized care and services. We recognize that you have a choice when selecting your health care team, and we truly appreciate that you’ve entrusted your care with us. Should you wish to continue your current care plan at another of our offices, or if you have questions about your current treatment options, please contact our office at (301) 739-0400.
If you choose to pursue treatment elsewhere, you may request your records by submitting a release of Information Authorization Form to our team, or request that your records be transferred to another provider location.
